Frequently patients have to be hospitalised at the surgery in order to do further tests or when they require vigorous treatments in severe cases.

All our patients are regularly monitored and notes recorded, on their kennels, on our 'in- patient'  hospital sheets.

Occasionally, it is necessary to
isolate some patients in a separate ward when we are concerned about infectious diseases, in order to protect our other in- patients. This is especially common with un-vaccinated pups or dogs infected with parvovirus- see vaccinations
